I’ve always considered myself one of those “balanced-brain” people – one who always ends up somewhere in the middle on those “Are you left brained or right brained?” tests. This idea of myself lead me to choose a degree in marketing, a job at an advertising agency, and a goal career of working on the business side of production.
One dark day at work, I was working on some database analysis, when to my chagrin I found myself looking at Calculus… a fiend I haven’t seen in at least four years. To my great disappointment, I remembered and understood what I was looking at. I came to the realization that I had overdeveloped my left, analytical brain to the detriment of my right, creative half. In an effort to not lose my soul forever, I decided to start writing again…
